Thanks for the quick reply to my question. The problems are these: 1. The handset is dead,so I cannot connect it when I try to do the unlock,but when I try to do Flash,it attempts to flash; 2.The Software Version is not found on the Support Site; 3. I do not know which flash files to choose. Could you please look again at the Unlock Log and check on Support Site and recommend to me which files I should choose? Thanks alot in advance.   | |
