"Search" should be disabled in this forum (as well as in all other forums too) due to it's just a useless option that was used by 0.01% of users only.

Try this pinout:

keyboard top
/54321\
5: Gnd
4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
3: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)

in fact it's 2x5 connector,
but 1x5 L5B connector fit well (top pins row is used).

It's a cable problem. Please, double check your cable.
also you can try to press and hold phone "power" button more long time.

I am not sure that this pinout works.
Several people reported that V340 pinout is the same as at picture (you have got a link in this thread before), other people reported that pinout is like I gave you.
If both pinouts not works for you - I suggest you to use another one pinout:
keyboard top
/12345\
5: Gnd
4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
3: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)

waiting for your results
