its look like HARDWARE problem.

U have to check its pcb.

But first try with change cable or low speed i think it will be work.

thanks 4 reply phone working fine i am using rx tx point to unlock the phone
i m already change the cable and speed

Hello,

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell:

Just rotate my Alcatel C701 picture for 180 and you will get a pinout.
