hi i recently purchased a second pinfinder, (first the box came with scratches and with one screw missing, with warranty stickers), but the main issue its that when you conect phones it recognizes them well in pinfinder appl, but when you open infinity and try to conect or read, any model (several tried) it doesnt do anything, remains trying to find a phone with no success.

i already tried with four pcs, and with the other infinity box, and all pinfinder cables from both and same result, but my original pinfinder work fine in all situations (4pcs, with all cables and both infinity boxes).

please its there any appl that reads, diagn. or repair pinfinder configuration, cause fo me its as expensive to send back the box as to purchase a new one, (dhl and income tax again).

as well this resseller sells very good cables, but there support, has failed me few times.
and i need to work, i already tried the capacitors in cable but same result
