Hello ,
The cellphone came for frp reset so i did full factory reset after all its stuck on startup ( A rounding ball ) is appearing since after. Please help Sir.

Hello,
Did you made Backup?
Reinstall battery (take out and insert battery again), switch ON phone and wait for 2-3 minutes, sometimes this works.
Alternatively you can do Repair ExtData and check again.

You have made backup before format or after format operation????

I think there is some problem in mobile firmware.
So search working firmware and re-flash it again.

as the backup is not working.

Please try search this firmware with same ver and flash it...

Simple Alcatel-like.
Request - make Flash dump from this faulty device. For emergency case.
Select Alcatel. Go to extra tab - alcatel. Do Repair MInfo.
