A38 Cant make Call - GSM-Forum

i have problem with BenQ-Siemens A38 cannot make a call but sms and signal is ok
please help me the solution for this phone

Press ok
Scroll down
Private, ok
Select no.

Try calling your number after deactivating the privacy and post results.

Just upload eeprom with infinity and all will be ok.

the phone when make others card (operator),the phone was no signal.what is the problem ????
this is software or hardware problem ????
can u give me others solution

You can try to use "repair eeprom" files for this phone.

Hello,

it's no need to write Language Pack, it's enough to write only "repair eeprom".
Try to use another eeprom files.

its ok the problem solved with write eeprom and used files A38_repair_eeprom_09.6BE
