VSIION H8 flash write error - GSM-Forum

I have visioon H8, it is Rx 12 and Tx 11, MT 6225, I want to change language, so first I make FULL BACKUP OF FIRMWARE, then I want to upload Language there and I see:

flash write error 00000000 : 00002000 Retry?

What does it means? I cant upload there original firmware too!!!

I make format FFS too, and nothing, help me please
