Download and install the driver in your computer and follow the instructions shown on the screen. 2. Download the UPDATED FIRMWARE of your device and extract the files. It will create an UNZIPPED UPDATED FIRMWARE folder. 3. Download the software tool and install the program. Follow the instruction as shown on the screen. Photo 1 4. Open the FLASH TOOL.exe as shown on the image above Photo 2 5. On the SMART PHONE FLASH TOOL screen, click DOWNLOAD TAB. 6. Click SCATTER-LOADING button and locate *MT6592_Android_Scatter.text in your UNZIPPED UPDATED FIRMWARE folder. *please take note that the version number may depend as per update Photo 3 7. Refer to the image above, click on firmware upgrade Photo 4 8. Before anything else, please make sure that your mobile is SWITCHED OFF, battery is CHARGED above 30%, and data cable is NOT CONNECTED to your PC and mobile. 9. Press DOWNLOAD on the phone flash tool window 10. CONNECT your data cable to your PC and then to your mobile. |
