i unlock this model selecting VERYKOOL i405 i have no log, just forgot to saved it, the phone now is unlocked, But doesn't have network i think could be a hardware damage or maybe bad unlock i'm not sure about it i just post this for the support guys maybe they can support this model in the future.

I suggest you to check band selection due to as I can understand both models is for American market.
