I did not understand well.
Is it was a "restart" problem with phone when you got it for repair ?
If so, how is it possible to be sure that phone was able to make a call if it was in "restart" condition ?

i think imei damaged, how to repair it? ...because i flashed eeprom from file that i toke from infintity support file...

AFTER REPAIRED ESN I CAN CALL WITH EMERGENCY CALL

BUT WHEN I USE SIMCARD...IT SAID RUIM LOCKED! ASK FOR SERVICE PROVIDER!

RUIM NOT LOCKED! NOW EMERGENCY CALL STILL CAN CALLING...BUT WHEN I USED SIM CARD STILL CAN NOT MAKE A CALL ONLY HEARD SIGN "TUT...TUT...TUT...TUT" LIKE BUSY TONE!!!
