if phone is blocked ....infinity box can not flash it...i meet this pb with w208..and the product support of infinity team comfirm that ....

Dear Friends,

I have explained situation in this forum many times: some newest w220 (f.e. AT&T) can't be flashed yet by Infinity-Box due to phone has new structure. We are working about solution.

How about phone auto relock ? My phone unlocked 3 times, but sometime still auto relock.

I never have seen about this. What do you mean ?
Probably customer bring you 3 different phones for unlock and you did not checked imei.

i have a w220 cannot unlock phone lock.. when i try to read user code it got error message.. help plz..

It's impossible that w220 become locked back after unlock with Infinity-Box.
You must double check what you tried to do with phone, reball flash IC, flash it with good firmware and unlock agaian.
Also my good advice: ALWAYS write down phone imei in your database to avoid unlock 3 different phones from users like 1 phone !
