W220 not going to connect

hello dear members
i hav cell motorola W220
its not going to connect through jeck
is thre any rx tx marked on pcb?
kindly help me
need picture for pcb with rx tx for motorola w220
the fault is that it is only showing menu icons not other in settings and other icons in the menu bar

1. is it W220 from AT&T ?

2. Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

no sir w220 local cell fone
its unlocked not showing menu icons
i hav perfect cable and also latest pinouts and each n every infinity module updated
i hav done already 3 cell phnes i.e
1.W375
2.C261
3.C118
with this cable and i hav trouble while connecting this cell phone
i hav already chked on multimeter it gives grnd and other two values for tx n rx
but not going to connect
i hv also uni cables by infinity team
but not going to connect this phone that is y i askd for rx tx if threre r on pcb
like chinese phones so that i can coonnect it easily
this is my problem

We have no pictures with Rx/Tx for W220 due to it was more than enough to use ordinary connector.

What is the problem with connection exactly ?

sir actually my phones is not going to connect
when box says press n hold power button it dosnt say anymore thing jst press n hold power button
i swapped rx n tx but same
thats y i think my phone jeck is faulted
so thats y i asked about rx tx on pcb thanks

Hello,

if you are sure that your cable is good and phone connector is not damaged it may be a problem with latest w220 PCB type that is not supported yet.
But if you think that it may be connector problem ou can try to find w220 service manual and check there is any test points exist for Rx/Tx at phone PCB.
