W220 Pack Error - Won't Flash - GSM-Forum

I've got a W220 giving the pack error message.

I'm trying to flash it with all the files to restore it, but it won't flash. I power the phone on as requested at the on screen prompt, the phone turns on, coming up with the pack error message but it doesn't start to write.

Any suggestions?

it's a cable problem
use Pana X60 cable

hi m8

nothing to worry . u can easily fix it just login to support area n download from there "Flash Files/Language Pack description for Infinity-box" html file. in this file the infinity team has mentioned the exact table for each main+Languagepacks+Flex+images+Melody+Fs so just made ur choice n download them n flash ur fone will full charged battery n ur fone will be ok.

hello!

make sure that you using right com port, right cable.
maybe cable modification is needed to make it fit in phone properly.
picture how to cut rubber you can see selecting G50 phone and checking it's pinout picture number 2 and 3.

It's not a cable/port issue, used it many times on W220/W375 and I can flash with UBL, but the UBL flashfiles don't seem to cure the pack error problem.

But Infinity will not flash.

Now sorted, UBL must have kick started it.

Just run Infinity-Box Shell, select required model and see pinout, then connect cable to phone, go to software \"Service\" page and press \"unlock\" button.
Also you must read unlocking manuals from Infinity-Box support area \"manual\" folder.
