W375 Problem - GSM-Forum

I have a W375. I am trying to firmware upgrade the phone and I keep getting this error message. Can anybody help me please. (See Below)

what is phone sw version ?

what is the reason that you want to upgrade only firmware w/o LP ?
Do you understand that this action can cause little bit not so good working phone ?

It's ok found the problem is was a cable issue. I have flash the W375 with firmware and LP as you requested. Now the phone does not turn on.

To be more clear: I did not requested you to write firmware + LP, I just asked you to tell me phone firmware version.

what to do:
1. charge battery
2. press and hold phone power button for some time

My good advice: don't try to decustomize this phone.

Thanks for your advice, but I read your post when the box finished flashing

It's always a good experience for me
The phone is working nice, but with the same menu

Phone has the same customization state after flashing because you have used the same files that already was inside phone (you just flashed the same old firmware, lp, flex).
