i try to change language in w377 operation done and now phone is dead i flash it with different firmware i make FFS but same problem phone still dead
here 2 firmware
w377_0[1].0.21_firmware.80M.bin
w377_0[1].0.23_lp_011_Arabic_Farsi_Urdu_Fr.80P.bin
w377_flex_A4_00A[1].80F.bin
second firmware
w377_0[1].0.32_firmware.80M.bin
w377_0[1].0.32_lp_001.80P.bin
w377_flex_AV_003[1].80F.bin

Hi,
check operation.log file in folder with software, I think you will see original firmware version, it should bee read during first flash write attempt.

Also, what is "phone dead" ?
Is it impossible to power-on it or impossible to boot/flash it ?

Hello,

As I can see this phone original firmware version was 0.0.21

To be honest I do not have any good idea why phone can not power-on, but you can try to flash phone with the next files:

w377_0.0.21_firmware.80M.bin
w377_0.0.21_lp_001_En_Fr_De_It.80P.bin
w377_flex_A4_00A.80F.bin

Also, do not forget to check phone battery voltage.
