want infinity support help for chines phone - GSM-Forum

hello,
i want help about this phone, model no-s808 or zt-8900 both r completly same hardware. when power on the phone, it on and show processing 10% to 100% on its display and hang .when i try to format it on infinity it says new firmware detected. firmware is (M600Z_W10_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_SO2.00_0.BIN_E194010A ) and phone hardware is PROCESSOR--MT-6228T RAM IS - HYNIX -HY5S5B6GL OTHER SECONDRY RAM IS HYNIX-KOR-HY 27UFO81G2A this ram is side lag ram. system connector 12 pins and (1-gnd. 6-rx . 7-tx) wide display, touch screen, dual camera memory slot micro sd type, single sim, on front view slider keypad.
. so please give me your support as soon as possible. e-mail -[email protected]

read the flash flash file and send to a infinty team they will add in very soon

No one can help u untill u help yourself.
now question is how u help yourself. so follow the steps.
1) Read the Chinese Miracle Help & Manual as well as read in The forum by searching.
2) Open Pinout Folder in InfinityBox folder and try to find the same picture as your fone have or atleast same pinouts.
3) Try to find same Firmware on the support if u can't find first make the Backup of full flash.
4) No format the fone or try to repair security area when u have backup even if it saying unkown hardware even then format it.

After trying this post your result here.

i send firmware and total detail of phones whith image,but fail to get satisfaction result from infi- supp. now infi can not able to read full flash , it only can read firmware operation. thats a my big problem and also bad luck. i have this type of tree mobile whith same fault. it is perfect that infi has no solution and support of this type of cpu based phone yet, because i try to find this type of firmware on support area but not found so i thik it. firmware -M600Z_W10_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_SO2.00_0.BIN_E194010A

Here is detailed step-by-step instruction how to repair your phone. You must read FAQ before you ask questions.

If you want to get more info and solution for your probelm you must read text in software Log window, read phone firmware and send
send "backup_flash..." and "backup_system_log..." files to [email protected] for more research.

small addition: you must check support area before write here that we don't have flash files for your phone !!!
Similar firmware M600Z_W10_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.00_0__En_Cn file was uploaded in support area in September of 2007 !
