YES you need to make ask to rpl service... press "Read detailed information" and power on your phone... if done correctly it will be booted and will make ask to rpl service automatically...


if its good.. then your phone will be revived!


but in your case your phone structure is unknown... you need to read flash and send it to infinity support and wait for new updates..

it's no need to make RPL for KG200, probably it's bug in one of old MModule.
Download latest MModule update from support area and use it.
