Please help me to enter and download from Support : This problem has been appeared a month go :

WARNING!!!
You have exceeded daily download limits. Please dont use any download accelator software as it will tamper with you limits.
Please try again tommorrow.

- I have uninstalled the IDM but the same problem !

check the following things

1. u are using the letest sell
2. checked in log in menu u are logged in
3. and dont use any download accelator software
