At least you can try and Vygis Motorola_Acer SW - read code and wait or do fast unlock / so Infinity also work, but Vygis is my preffered tool!!! /

Its very simple , try to unlock with smart clip, everything will be ok .

I know I must unlock the phone. But Infinity don't have direct unlock or eeprom repair like Vygis. And reading of unlock code is not enough, I can't enter it.

I don't have Vygis for Acer and can't do direct unlock. And reading of codes don't help - I have the code but phone don't ask for it.

If I have Smartclip there is no need to post this thread, right?

I read full backup of this phone and will try to clone it with other full flash when I have other good working phone. Somebody know if there will be some problems to do that?

Hi,

I think you need to flash your phone with V171 4.4.16 firmware + LP +Flex.
At first power-on you will see on LCD message like "Formatting". I hope after this all have to be Ok.

I did that before even post in this thread. Format FFS was OK, Flash was OK, user code clear was OK, Formatting after power on passed OK. Without SIM phone asks for it, with SIM shows Contact Service Provider.
Maybe wrong code counter is reached?

only solution is do repair eeprom whis vygis.

Problem is solved. I just flash with other flex from support area. Till now I always used flex 2501 and many phones were unlocked OK. Now I flash with flex 4B01. Phone was locked but working, no more Contact Service Provider. I read unlocked code with other program and entered it manually. And phone is working now.

Hi,

Also, I think it will be no need to read codes but only flash one more time with Flex-2501 after flashing with Flex-4B01.

We need DIRECT unlock in you SW! Dont use SmartClip for this! Please!!!!!

There is free software on forum you can just flash the unlocked flex to it, If its a different version just flash the handset with same version then it will be unlocked
