dear sir,

my cm2 dongle is blocked

i update the dongle manager

log are that

Box/Dongle type selected: Main Infinity-Box/Dongle
Box/Dongle found: Main Infinity-Box/Dongle

why you too many update your dongle

because my dongle is blocked

i update it two time but not responce from support

what can i do please
