i am a new user of the infinity slim plus and i just want to know how to get the sn reader and download it @ the support site. thanks

Hi,

"S/N reader" is an old name of "DongleManager".
You can downlaod it here:

Infinity support Benq phones, non Siemens. To do EL71 you must have other box(Martech for example)
