I have a tablet UMAX VB_10Q_Plus and I would like to test it with Infinity. Bjut I can not. See log

Operation : Identify [ v2.03 ]

1. Make sure device is powered off. Power off, if need. Wait 20 seconds after
2. Insert USB cable in phone

Error : Fail to init protocol!
Remove battery, cable. Check cable/connection/driver! Check SW hint! Repeat operation!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

While another box can work with that table very easily.

you need to re-power handset and repeat procedure
also use latest 2.04 version
and kindly only post CM2 related logs here

What do you mean re-power? Do you mean re-connect? I did reconnect.Yet, no success.
Can you please send me a link to the latest version CM2?

Seems some connection fault or need to reconnect battery.
You can also try with other cable.

no. it is not a problem of connection/battery. I tried a different program and no problem. See the log above from a different program
