Member: 17753 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Where is the update for X500 unlocking??? every time mhen I try to unlock X500 I get this message Device have to be POWERED-ON ! Connecting to device. Wait... Error: wrong ACK2 Error: wrong ACK2 Error: IMEI read Error: Device not powered or bad connection: Current Imei: Error: wrong ACK2 The cable is OK because unlocking and flashing with the same cable on other models is working perfect !!! Maybe is the matter of a new bootloader and I cant find any update of the X500 software since firs version.  Last edited by kone; 08-15-2005 at 20:30. |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hi, It's no need to make any update in this case because no any updates can helps with cable problem. Please, be sure that: 1. Phone is in Power-On state 2. You have selected correct COM port 3. You use "G60" cable (14-pin cable) Also, do you see any unibox LED blinking after you press "Unlock" button ? |

Really i cant find which cable is for whuch phone  I have readed all readme files on support area but there is no any specification which phone is useing which cable  Anyway thanks for the support now phone is communicating program says SP lock is reset but phone still is asking for some code. I have tried to reset the user code but phone is asking for some ~14 digit code ???? because is on french language some "code secondaire" is requested Can flashing help in this situation ??? |
