- do you think they still working on it?
- how about the dead coral phones they kill? do you think our customer just accept the phone they kill?
- why get mad if it is being bump?

I have no reason to continue discussion that was started with such plain stupid "bumps".
You must say to your bos that you was failed trying to damage our reputation.

people with zero education level can just "bump" without the problem description.

people who want to get a solution know very well how to ask questions:
explain the problem
post operation log
etc.

No explanation but just "bumps" => thread closed !
