why i can`t upgrade dongle firmware - GSM-Forum

try this-
1. close "DongleManager" software
2. download latest Dongle Manager configuration file
3. copy new DongleManager.ip file in folder with DongleManager software
4. run DongleManager.exe and upgrade box firmware

Day ago we finished to upgrade smart-card upgrade server, I am sure that now everything should works fine.
Please, try again.
