why infinity can't unlock samsung s229 ? though there is sp-unlock option in it ? - GSM-Forum

infiniti team what is this please explain me.i get a mobile from a customer samsung s229 for unlock.it sow min out of range. i connect it to infinity and press sp-unlock and it sow result like this:

COM2 selected
module v1.14
Device: Samsung-SCH-S229
Checking data, wait...
Action: unlock
Phone should be Switched ON !
Connecting, wait...
Phone detected, wait...
step-1 done
step-2 done
step-3 done
operation finished
Finished, time used: 13 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

to look this result i was happy and i enter a sim but it sow same problem (min outof range).so i try to make rebuild nv and it give me this result:

COM2 selected

Checking data, wait...
Action: rebuild
Phone should be Switched ON !
Connecting, wait...
Phone detected, wait...
error: can not get correct rebuild answer, test phone after operation
error: operation failed

now please tell me what to do ?
