Member: 194128 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 303 | When a China phone(MTK Based) is reset to default, formatted, flashed then mostly its IMEI also reset to default IMEI i.e. 135xxxxxxxxx220. So you have to write the IMEI in phone matching with back label on phone. The Reason: Few months ago in my country(Pakistan) some one reported to telecom authorities to blacklist the IMEI #135xxxxxxxxx220 in case of stolen phone. So at that moment thousands of other china phones with IMEI#135xxxxxxxxx220 were blacklisted too, even they were not stolen. I hope this explanation will help you to understand the matter.
