Not working

The second try is with volume Up and Pac file that i downloaded in Forum here

Operation : Check/Read Info [ v1.27 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
-> Alternative : just ONE 'VolumeUp' or 'VolumeDown' key
3. Insert cable

==== Wait for phone...

Phone found! [ 17 ]
Port Opened
Sync...
Initial Boot Failed!
Boot not done, reason : Wrong BootKeys
Hint : Reset power and use ANOTHER BootKey ( VOL up or VOL down )

Reconnect Power/Cable!


Operation : Check/Read Info [ v1.27 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
-> Alternative : just ONE 'VolumeUp' or 'VolumeDown' key
3. Insert cable

I don't think you need any pac file to boot that phone,
Just make sure you select correct boot and hold only volume down then connect cable.

with volume down don't work

Set mode to : SP [SC773x] eMMC [Android 7.x]

but i think it is not supported it is android 8.0 and in some websites i found out it is Spreadtrum SC9850
