x300 logo come and goes off after flash i use the three same version of firmware and mapping no show what could be the problem

Hi,

Sometimes it's not bad idea to read FAQ. You can find a lot of useful info there.

About your problem:
After flashing remove/install battery then press and HOLD phone power button for several seconds (until phone start normally).
