IS IT A CABLE PROBLEM OR HARDWARE

if this is working phone- must be cable problem.
do you push and "HOLD" power button all the time while phone booting?

THE PHONE IS WORKING
I HAVE TRIED IT IN ONE ANOTHER BOX THE CABLE IS CONNECTING THE BOX AND THE SET BUT THE BOX DON'T SUPPORT THIS MOBILE.

you said you tried this cable on another box and it worked:
maybe that box have different RJ45 pinout?

Bro The Pinouts Of This Box Is Same As Ures

I Have Tried It Too Many Times But No Sucess

I Have Inverted The Rx And Tx Also
