Take a phone and insert SimCard :

Open CM2 and select MT67xx Generic or Model ( im my case it is ZTE Blade Q ) , press "SP Unlock".

24 seconds for connect and waiting :

Connect powered off phone, without holding side keys. It will work.
Does PC detect anything, when you connect?

no....pc detect nothing

It should be detected. Until PC not find phone - there is no reason asking "how unlock".
Try insert cable in phone without battery, then fastly insert battery.

monitor connection open device manage and then connect the phone can be driver issue. see if there any port show or unknown device.
