Please, download from support area and install latest "Pinouts" update v.1.54 dd 07-Mar-2011 and you will see all pinouts.

Cable name: Alcatel-OT-C701

4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
5: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)

Install latest shell and latest pinout, select Motorola WX395 and there you can see pinout picture and details.
