What is connector type and how many pins ?

Try to use this pinout:

cable type: 1x5 (L5A)
4: box Tx/phone Rx/PinFinder Tx (RJ45 pin-2)
3: box Rx/phone Tx/PinFinder Rx (RJ45 pin-3)
Gnd: from phone battery (or check connector, it's not hard to find Gnd pin with multimeter).

Hi,

If so, try to open phone and check it's PCB, it may be that Rx and Tx test points exist at PCB

Hello,

it's quite strange.

Anyway, try to use this cable: LG C2500. Also, if still no success, try to swap Rx <-> Tx wires.
