Always Got dis ..... Its an Cble prob Or my mistake ..... when i Press tightly in dee Jack then Its stop when says Press & hold Power Button />???

double check your cable. Run latest Shell and see pinout pictures for X300. You will see pictures how to modify standard cable for best results.
