If flashing was stopped at about 30% then your phone have to be alive (can connect to Infinity or other flasher). It's enough to write less than 10% of flash to be sure that boot-code alive. Sorry for this question but: are you sure that your battery not empty now ? Also, if you sure that phone can't connect to PC, can you desolder flash, read it and send to us ?
