Infinity Box and Infinity card reader - GSM-Forum

Hello team,

My Infinity Box card not detect, Don't known what happen. After that i open box and remove card from Infinity box and put in Infinity card reader (CDMA Dongle). working fine. but today i download SPD update and open it. it's say update firmware, it is possible to update and i use new spd update. Please need your help team.

YES,If your support period is active,download latest dongle manager then Update your dongle and use latest software.

Yes, you can use another card-reader for update.
What is your support expiry date ?

original Infinity hardware = Original Infinity-Box (hardware) with e-gate Card-Reader.

What link do you need ?
