my problem wasnt solved,i didnt get a reply yet

How long do you think i can delay my customers,either solve my problem or give me a refund,i have a few more phones to do but if the service is like this i would rather give them back not fixed

I was asked to send the problem,i sent a video(wasnt good enough for them,they wanted pictures instead,after i sent pictures didnt get a reply
