Xiaomi Redmi 3s (land) account reset NOT DONE

Acc resetted, yes, but when phone have Internet connection, automatically blocks.
Forced Fix Repair, etc doesn't help. When phone goes online, phone is blocked.

Operation : Reset Settings [ v1.09 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

I treid all versions and no success. It can only bypass account if no internet connection.

if you have bootloader loocked you have no chance freind........
