I think Xiomi/redmi has encrypted FS so pattern lock and. User code can't be recover by flash mode .
Use format option to remove pattern or lock code.

but castomer need user data some importent file on phone

Search if your phone support TWRP recovery .. flash using CM2 snd boot into recovery and copy all data into SD card ( within TWRP)

but need extra time and skiill .. and maybe not all model supported bt you can give a try.

It dead end. Encryption is not allow extract data and mount filesystem.
