xiaomi redmi note3 stuck on logo after reset MI account - GSM-Forum

hello team
i remove Mi account by Great CM2 and its successfully bypass can't enable internet so i disable find my mobile app by old version 1.15.
then phone stuck on Mi logo, so i reset phone with cm2 tool but no luck then i flash phone but still stuck on startup logo.
please guide or share working file for solve out this problem.

tell customer not to update via ota, it will relock after update
