xpod phablet dead after flash and not detecting to pc i short gnd with kolo computer detects but fail every time i use every method on the forum but at the end fail......

You kill it, seems, by wrong FW flashing
or
There is chance about HW.

Anyway - try with SPFT also to exclude SW part.

sorry i did'nt understand what is spft or sw part
