Good day! Asking for help from experts. Came today with Ali Infinity Dongle cm2 established wood barely, in device Manager, under "Device smart card reader" - Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader and 4 lines USB Token Holder. DongleManager activated I was asked to change the password and specify the e-mail. Installed the program InfinityBox CM2MTK and when you open out the window with the request "You must activate this software via Infinity Online Service" Start InfinityBox CM2QLM, InfinityBox CM2RDA, InfinityBox CM2SPD, InfinityBox CM2SCR, InfinityBox CM2RKT. Maybe the drivers?

Hi,
There is no problem with drivers.

Install LATEST software version but not test version.
Result ?

It turns out the dongle does not support the latest version of the program. Only to version 1.56

You must activate this software via Infinity Online Service when runing any MTK SPD QCFIRE application

Please provide solution

Hello,
You have only Infinity-Box [BEST] dongle.
To be able to run Infinity-Box softwares like CM2MT2, CM2QLM etc you need to buy activation.
Contact ME or any other Reseller to buy activation.

no sir, your dongle is Infinity-[BEST] dongle so if you want to to use more software you should activate "Infinty-Box/Dongle actibation for [BEST]"

Might my reseller sent Infinity best instead off CM2. I will ask him to replace it with CM2.

yes you are right, in some cases other connected dongle may be an issue
