I'm sorry to write probably not in this department but I have a problem with unlocking SL3 that is the phone line for which the credits have been downloaded but the unlock was unreachable or I could ask if the server is working

I agree that credit has more power, but I really don't understand why infinity credit prices for unlocking are so high even for some european countries. Everybody can win from a lower credit price, because we buy from infinity and sell to the customers. Now I avoid to buy due to huge prices and I declined 80% of unlocking requests. I've evaluated that I bought best dongle 1 month ago+200 credit units and now I've stopped because for me is not profitable to unlock-even if my trade margin is only 5%!!!...

hi every one, i have a serious problem here, best have take to me 75 credit for a lumia how was already unlocked.... OK that was my fault.....now I'm waiting for a 15 digit code since 07-25-2017 ...i'm in position 27....and it stile the same 7 days? what's the problem best team? where r u? help me please

It was a delay with SL3 orders but at the moment normality restored.
