china ztc without sim working ok but with sim fone restart i m format with safe and complete but fone still same problem plz tell me what is this

Hello,

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?

if you make calling 112 its ok so you shold format your phone if phone.if no so prb hard
