now i have pinout for ztc tv 800 but i cant read eeprom or full flash

pinout like cect zt v100 with rx pin 12 tx pin 13 GND :6/7/9/14/18

COM3 selected

Same problem with me,i've ztc tv800 "ilegal use" if with simcard,can infinity fix that problem?
