ZTC ZT 8380 dual slim. slide by side youch screen phone...
rx, tx, gnd mentioned on pcb only but not suppported for format or aother operation

Hello,

Please, try to repeat flash rea doperation several times.
Also, try to disconnect and connect box again and reboot PC, this may helps.

Also, if you have any created "backup_system_log..." files with name loke "RATECH28_06A_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.R2000_ML_01_1_ 0 T02S0824" please, send it to [email protected]

Waiting for yor results.

Tried everything but same was happened.
Noe the Phone is back with cusomer.

the said backup_system lig file has been send to yr mail.

Exist different ZTC-ZT8380 phones: with MT6226 and with MT6228 CPU.
Your phone was with MT6228 CPU but you try to load file for MT6226 CPU and software can't use MT6226 file for MT6228 phone flashing !

Hello,

Please, use latest "ChineseMiracle" version, charge battery completely, try to repeat flash process several times.
if still no luck I think you need to open phone and check phone hardware (f.e. reball CPU and Flash chip).
