ztc-zt588 processing phone book - GSM-Forum

Hello
ZTC –ZT588
Problem is when save contact no, “ processing phone book” and immediately comeback.
I format complete mode. And flash same version new file still same.
Contact numbers unable to save and phone book not open.

probably you must try some similar version.
what is your phone original software version?

phone original version ZL68G_YT_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.ZL68G_YT_1_1__fullf lash_20090924-162810.B0M.bin
I flash mobile with same version new file from our support site . still same .
