ZTE A139 without 850 mhz


i was unlocking 10 Zte A139 and all process is ok.. but never works in 850 MHZ, some body have idea if is firmware problem or hardware, because is 1900/850 mhz. i was flashing with support flash fiel but never catch 850 network.

can you help me?

Hello,

Unlock process can not affect to band selection.
If you have the same locked phone you can check it before unlock with original sim card.

You can try to enter one of these keyboard codes:
*#3646633#
*#33778#
*#678#
*#6810#

It may be that one of these codes is a code for service menu, probably you can see something there.

yes, you are right, but when i enter codes i choose in band selection 1900/850 but never get network in 850 only 1900.

do you think that i have to modify some thing in hardware?

Hello,

I don't think you need to modify hardware.
If phone works with 1900 network it should work for 850 too. At least I never heard about phones that work for 1900 only.

i was flashing 2 phones with flash file claro-Dominicana and get network from 850mhz band but after few seconds lose signal and come back, i think the band problem is cause by firmware .

Can you help me to solve it?
