i have made format this fone with volcano and also made hard reset with volume botton but still asking for password.

now i format with infinity but same

Working on it now.

Do you have any same not locked phone? Need exactly same model.

My bro i dont have same fone. if i had i shoud do it with backup. but i dont have.
