Explain - your read file from phone, which stuck on logo, and after write it back as factory firmware? Right?

Fail after 9x% - change nothing. eMMC can block some bad block and e.t.c. to avoid data damage. After phone will work in any way. Sure, if DUMP is Ok.

Error? What error? Explain.

95% - it not write near 150 MB of space, which was user area. If phone new and not stuffed up to 99% full memory with user content - this change completely nothing.

After flashing - you said it stuck - how long you check it? On slow eMMC's it can take up to 5-7 minutes. Android build new user and cache area with given data by CM2 and it can take time.
